If you have questions about products, parts or ordering online, please feel free to contact us. Requests are responded to within 24 hours of receipt for those received Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Requests received Saturday-Sunday are replied to on the following Monday.

Create a Quote Online

Creating a Quote or saved shopping cart is asy to do and offers you a quick way to get the total cost (minus GST and Freight) of an order, print out to share with others, and place orders saved for later online. To create a quote, first add all the items you need to your cart. Then click "Save As Quote.

Deliveries and Handling

Upon receipt of your purchase order Laerdal will process it and despatch within 24 hours (should the goods be in stock in Auckland). Should your order be required to be despatched from Melbourne your order will desapatch within 5 working days. Delivery Times*: North Island - Next day delivery (from Melbourne - up to 7 working days) South Island - 2 to 3 working days (from Melbourne - up to 9 working days) A Freight charge of $12 + GST will apply on all orders under $300 Orders ship partial i.

Product Returns

Should you have the need to return goods back to Laerdal the following process should be followed: Contact Laerdal Customer Service on 0800 523 732 within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Have your purchase order number or invoice number available which will help us reference the goods you are returning.

In the event that your Laerdal Medical product needs warranty service, please contact Laerdal Medical or the Authorized Dealer from whom it was purchased.
